Since I'm on my detox I wanted to incorporate juices/smoothies! This one I actually made last night and grabbed it in the go for breakfast! This ones a quickie and here's how I made it:
Ingredients:
3 pineapple slices
5 watermelon slices
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
1 whole lemon
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. DRINK!
Easy right? Enjoy.
