The good thing about all of these recipes is that they are super easy to make, time saving, and taste wonderful. In fact, the plantain chips work perfect for dipping in the hummus and the rice cakes would go great with some chocolate fro-yo on top!! By the way, I'm rooting for the Seahawks and hope that Beast Mode, I mean Marshawn Lynch 'mollywops' aka destroys the Patriots defense. And doesn't have to say a word to the press, he says enough on the field.
