Sea Salt and Garlic Green Beans

I love fresh green beans, they are soooooo much better than green beans in the can. Realistically it doesn't take that long to cut them up, in fact,  didn't cut mine only on the ends that looked a little brown. Here's how I made them:

Ingredients:

1 pound of  FRESH Green Beans (not canned)
2 Tablespoons of Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
2-3 Small Yukon Gold Potatoes

Directions:

1 Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
2 Chop potatoes into bite size pieces, mix with green beans in a large mixing bowl.
3. season all ingredients, add olive oil, and mix lightly until all incorporated. Then pour everything into your baking dish and cover with foil.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
5. Allow to cool 5-8 minutes before serving!

This is the perfect healthy side dish for your BBQ, office potluck, or simple dinner at home with the fam! Enjoy.

Stay hungry my friends…
