Pink Lemonade Margarita Waffles

I know... It's a mouthful to say, but these waffles were so easy to make especially with the margarita kick in it!! With only THREE ingredients, even the worst cook can make these waffles hit ::finger snaps::

These are NON alcoholic waffles so the kiddies can enjoy it too! Although the waffle is quite colorful it is all the same flavor. You know I always do the most when it comes to food. I took half the batch and colored it with red coloring.

To 'infuse' the batter I used 1 cup of LIGHT Jose Cuervo margarita mix. The light version is 0 calorie, fat, and sugar. Oh yea and guess what we didn't use any oil to make these either!

Here's how I made them!

Ingredients:
1 box of Pink Lemonade Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1 Cup of Light Margarita Mix

Optional Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
A few drops of food coloring - just for fun, get creative y'all!
SPRINKLES - they aren't just for winners!

Directions:

1. Turn on waffle maker on to medium heat.
2. Mix cake mix, eggs, and margarita mix.
3. Pour about 1/3 of a cup of batter into griddle, close, let the magic happen. It'll only take about 5 minutes for the waffle to cook.
4. Once slightly browned carefully remove waffle from griddle. It will be very soft, pull each edge up carefully!
5. Once cooled they will harden up a bit and will be perfect for icing or syrup!

You can split your batch up and make a few different colors and make tie dye waffles, then throw some cool whip on top just to make it pop! Hope you enjoy these as much as I did!!

Stay hungry my friends...
